The Stazi Foundation was created in loving memory of Anastasia Genicoff, whose life and spirit continue to inspire everyone who knew her. After Anastasia’s passing from epithelioid sarcoma, a rare form of cancer, continuing her legacy became deeply important to us at Her Roots Remain.
Through the Stazi Foundation, we support individuals and families navigating grief, loss, and bereavement by providing compassionate resources, memorial healing initiatives, and community support. Our mission is to create space for remembrance, emotional wellness, and long-term healing,
so that no one has to walk through grief alone.
Anastasia’s light remains at the heart of everything we do, reminding us that love endures beyond loss and that healing is always possible.
